With 19 years in the hair industry, including 15 years at Envision Salon, I've dedicated my career to perfecting the art of hairstyling. In 2018, I became a shareholder at Envision, assuming primary ownership in 2022. While I no longer work behind the chair, my passion for our guests' experiences and the salon's growth remains steadfast. I am constantly exploring new opportunities to enhance Envision's future.

Beyond my professional endeavors, nothing compares to the love and support I receive from my family, who inspire and motivate me every day.

Since joining Envision in 2010 and becoming a shareholder in 2022. I'm passionate about staying updated with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education and attending industry events, ensuring my salon guests receive the best service possible.

What I love most about Envision is our incredible team and our wonderful guests, whose satisfaction drives my dedication every day.

Outside of work, I reside in Ankeny with my fantastic husband, our active teen, and two contented cats. Additionally, we take pride in supporting our two college students and one college graduate in their endeavors.

In 2010 I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Ames. After going through an associates program at a salon in northern Iowa, I joined the Envision Salon family in March of 2012. Deciding that Envision was my forever salon home, I became part of the ownership team in January 2024.

My current ownership roles include, developing and implementing our new Associates Program, taking care of our HR needs for our salon staff, and giving support to our stylists with setting and achieving their goals.

Behind the chair, I enjoy helping my guests find the right style for them and educating them on at-home care and maintenance. I am consistently seeking opportunities to further my education and knowledge of our industry. I have attended Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, Nashville, & Dallas as well as classes at The Redken Exchange in New York City. My favorite class I took at the Exchange was the "Cut & Know Why."

Outside of work, I reside in Ankeny with my husband, Kevin, our two boys, and our dog Mazie. In my free time, I am an avid reader and enjoy spending time with my family.

I graduated from Americana and have spent the majority of my career serving the Ankeny community. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them with their hair and skincare needs.

Outside of work, I am blessed with a loving husband, a son, a daughter, son-in-law, & grandson. I also enjoy being outside, working in my yard, and tending my flower garden.

I've been part of the Envision team since 2010, where I've dedicated myself to expanding my skills through ongoing education in the latest hair techniques and trends. My primary focus at the salon is hairstyling, but I love getting to do a fresh set of lash extensions. 

Outside of work, I reside in Des Moines with my husband and our cherished fur children, Ruxin & Rip. I find joy in traveling and spending quality time with close friends and family.

I joined Envision in 2014 after attending PCI in Ames.

Getting to share my expertise with my guests, particularly in the areas of color and cutting techniques is one of my favorite parts about my job. I have enjoyed numerous continuing education opportunities to expand my skills as a stylist. A highlight of my career has been attending Redken Symposiums, where I learn & connect with talented stylists from around the globe. I am excited to bring fresh, creative ideas to my guests, ensuring they always leave feeling their best!

Outside of the salon, I love attending hockey games, cheering on the Yankees, & hanging out with my cat, Chloe.

I graduated from the Iowa School of Beauty-Urbandale in the spring of 2019 and became a Certified Redken Specialist in the fall of the same year. Cosmetology has always been a passion of mine, from working backstage on theater productions in college to integrating it into my daily life. I love how the right haircut, color, style, and makeup can transform and enhance your natural beauty!

Sharing tips and tricks with my guests is something I truly enjoy. Whether its helping them recreate their new looks at home, or finding the right hair, skincare, or makeup routine. With right techniques and products, the beauty possibilities are endless!

I live in Altoona with my husband and our kitties. When I'm not behind the chair, I'm coaching high school cheerleading, crafting (I love using my Cricut and crocheting!), or managing social media for myself and the salon.

I graduated from The Aveda Institute-West Des Moines in December of 2021 and started at Envision in March of 2022. I became a Certified Redken Specialist in 2023. 

It has always been a dream of mine to become a hairstylist and getting to live my dream every day that I come into the salon is amazing!!!

I am passionate about creating top-notch blonding services and creating beautiful lived-in colors for my guests.  My ultimate goal is to ensure that every guest looks and feels their absolute best when they step out of my chair.  With a strong background in color theory & hair design, I can help make your hair goals a reality!

Kaylee is a graduate from PCI Academy in Ames. 

She is a lifelong resident of Altoona, but Ankeny is the perfect place for her salon home.

I graduted from the Aveda Institute in Des Moines. Growing up with family members in the industry, it was no surprise I ended up becoming a stylist.

I grew up in Ankeny, so I decided Envision was the perfect place to call my salon home! 

In my free time, I love to travel with my family & fiance, Judd. At home, I spend my time cuddling my kitty, Nyla, & chinchilla, Blu.

I love Marvel Movies (Spiderman & Deadpool are my faves) & being out in nature.
